Our Little Champions Program stresses the development of gross motor skills using basic Martial Arts techniques in a fun, game-based format. Each month features a different Life Skill such as Health, Exercise, Stranger Awareness, etc., and the curriculum reinforces the monthly Life Skill. The curriculum is designed to help our students develop their focus, balance, speed and overall physical fitness while learning basic Martial Arts.
Our Youth Program gives our students the necessary tools for them to attain personal success. We not only teach our students Martial Arts and self-defense skills, but also Life Skills such as courage, assertiveness, self-discipline, self-confidence, perseverance and commitment. These are skills that one can utilize during their entire lifetime. Our curriculum teaches Martial Arts basics, self-defense, sparring techniques and forms (katas) through drills and specialized instruction. Physical fitness and conditioning is a very important part of our Youth Program as well. Healthy lifestyle habits taught and established in childhood tend to continue into adulthood.

*PRIVATE LESSONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (taught by an Instructor with over 30 years’ experience) Tai Chi Chuan is for those who wish to improve their overall strength and health through a study of this gentle Martial Art. Tai Chi Chuan is easy to learn and is accessible to people of all ages and body types. There is no jumping, bouncing or pounding of the joints; Tai Chi Chuan properly aligns the body and increases a range of motion through slow, graceful and focused movement. This program is by appointment only, so please contact us to make an appointment.
S.A.F.E. is a self-defense program designed especially for women and girls ages 8 and up. Effective, easy-to-learn techniques are taught in fun, empowering, high-energy atmosphere either at our School or your location. We conduct S.A.F.E. seminars for women’s groups and organizations, Girl Scouts, middle and high school students.
Our Campus Safety Self-Defense Program is geared towards high school seniors and current college students. Techniques are based upon Israeli Krav Maga (see description below).

Ving Tsun is a system of combat popularized in the mid-1900’s by Grandmaster Yip Man. This system uses efficiency, directness, and simplicity of motion to obtain maximum results with minimal effort in a variety of combat situations. This program is taught by an Instructor whose lineage is directly descended from Yip Man.
Our Krav Maga class is for adults (16 and up) who wish to learn to defend themselves using easy-to-learn, instinctive techniques. This program is held every Thursday night 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. First class is FREE.
“Why Learn Krav Maga?”
This class will give you the tools necessary to defend yourself in a variety of situations that you may encounter on the street. Israeli Krav Maga is an effective, efficient style of self-defense. It is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces and Israeli security forces that is derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.
Our program focuses on the civilian version which is to defend, attack and get away. Our classes meet Thursday evenings at 5:45 to 6:45 and 7:30 to 8:30 First class is free. There are no contracts or registration fees.
