Our School is based on the belief that everyone can benefit from our programs, all of which build self-confidence, self-esteem, physical fitness and personal fulfillment. We offer a flexible schedule for the convenience of our students.
There are several program options available so that students can choose the best program to meet their personal development and training goals. Detailed program information is provided under the “Programs” icon at the top of this page. We also offer a (by-appointment-private lessons) Tai-Chi program for those who desire to improve their overall strength; rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit and improve their health and well-being through the practice of this ancient art. For those teens and adults who want a high-intensity workout, our awesome CardioSTRENGTH workout is available Saturday morning (by appointment) and evenings for your convenience. This class combines Martial Arts with cardio, isometric and plyometric exercises, kickboxing and bag work to give you a full-body workout (Note: This program is on hiatus for the Summer). Another teen and adult program is Ving Tsun. Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a system of combat that was popularized in the mid-1900’s by Grandmaster Yip Man. Our Adult Krav Maga program is held on Thursday night from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Contact us for more information about this program. Our S.A.F.E. (Situational Awareness For Empowerment) Program is a self-defense program designed especially for girls and women ages 8 and up. We conduct seminars for women’s clubs and organizations and the Girl Scouts, on-site at our school or your location. Contact us for more information about this program.
